Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all products to avoid damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged only if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is intact.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@bumphug.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
For issues related to lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an error is made and not corrected within 24 hours, we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
