Shipping Information

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times by region:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that customs delays and peak season congestion may affect delivery timeframes.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect details may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you need to correct your shipping details, contact us at hello@bumphug.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee updates after this window.


Delayed Delivery

At Bumphug, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. While we do our best to ship orders quickly, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside of our control—such as courier disruptions, customs inspections, or severe weather.

If we anticipate any delay on our end (e.g., stock issues, address verification, or payment delays), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that Bumphug is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always support you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@bumphug.com.

We recommend that you also contact the courier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have procedures in place for handling lost or stolen packages and may request additional information.

While Bumphug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances. If the package cannot be located, we may also recommend filing a police report.

Bumphug reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most up-to-date version of this policy before making a purchase.
